Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

As one who enthusiastically embraces modern technology, The Hawk wholeheartedly applauds the efforts of Steve Foster from Manchester who drives for Wincanton Logistics, delivering oil for Castro'. He has worked as a driver for more 20 years but now, along with 25 of his colleagues, Steve will be swapping his steering wheel for a computer console, at least at the weekends.

Steve, who is a Transport and General Workers' Union shop steward, was instrumental in securing company backing for a scheme to extend drivers' career prospects and education opportunities. Every Saturday morning he attends computer classes with his workmates.

"Being away so much on the road it has been difficult to broaden my skills," he explains. "This new Initiative, which has been supported by Wincanton and the union, has opened my eyes and all the drivers enjoy the education experience." Dave Cartwright, Training Manager for Wincanton's Industrial Commercial division, explains how this scheme will also benefit the company: "With advances in new information technologies, the move towards paperless systems and the growth of e-commerce, all our employees have to move with the times and become more IT literate, Including our drivers."
