• An East Midlands dealership bought from Volvo by an independent motor group has increased trade outside the group's West Midlands' stronghold.

Hartshorne Motor Group (HMG), based in Burton on Trent. bought Volvo's Nottingham Truck and Bus 18 months ago. HMG marketing manager Alan Southall says the company is well established in the West Midlands but has achieved a significant increase in business to the oast.
