• l'&0 is to buy the Dutchbased transport and warehousing Langen Group, which is based in Geleen and has subsidiaries in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium and England.
Its assets are valued at £5.4 million, including 230 tractors and 370 trailers, mostly tankers, which carry powders and liquids for the oil and chemical industries.
