Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FASTER lift-on and off is one feature of the Mk II range of Edbro Rolatip demountable tippers which will be demonstrated at the Institute of Solid Wastes Management Conference at Scarborough in June. A heavy-duty pump with a capacity of 22,064 kN/sqm (3200psi) is standard on the Mk II RLT2 and RLT3 models for six and eight-wheel chassis. Besides providing the power to boost the on-off operating cycle, it also simplifies the Rolatip design by eliminating the need for a booster ram on eight-wheelers. Two examples of the Mk II Edbro Rolatip, which also has a strengthened sub-frame, will be on show at Scarborough. Both are RLT3 models, one on a Foden eight-wheeler and the other on a Scammell Routeman eight-wheeler.
