Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEWLY FORMED refrigeration goods specialist Arcus Engineering has placed an order for over 80 Volkswagen CVs in a deal worth E1.7m, as part of a contract to run the refrigeration maintenance contract for Sainsbury's in the South-East.

Upminster, Essex-based Arcus Engineering, part of ArcusFM, which manages the Sainsbury 's facilities contract on a national level, has ordered a mixture of new Transporter panel vans and smaller Caddys.

Janet Bass, ArcusFM fleet manager, says: it was imperative that we launched Arcus Engineering with a reliable fleet. [Local VW dealership] Abridge Van Centre was helpful by providing demonstrator vehicles that we could test at our leisure before making the decision."

The vehicles, their interior conversions and the contract hire agreement have been managed by Lex Autolease.
