Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN important order for 114 Leyland Panther rear-underfloor-engined buses has been received from Brisbane City Council by the Leyland Motor Corporation of Australia. These buses will follow 80 Leyland Leopards currently being delivered to Brisbane.

Chassis assembly of the new vehicles will be undertaken at Leyland's new Queensland depot now being built at Rocklea. Brisbane. Specification includes air suspension and fully automatic transmission.

The Panther chassis has been redesigned with a new frame specially to meet Brisbane's particular requirements.
