IE GOVERNMENT is to guillole debate on the controversial ansport Bill when MPs return om the Christmas recess on nuary 17.

One of the Labour MPs on the immittee, Mr Harry Cowans, ho has already made a speech sting over four hours, said the icision to limit debate on the II was "disgraceful and a negain of democracy."
