RANSPORT SECRETARY Nicholas Ridy is to open the Swanley-Sevenoaks section I the M25 London ringway on February 19. The opening date is several months ahead f schedule and only leaves the section beween the Al, MI and the A41 in Hert
fordshire to be opened. That is due to be opened ill November.
Meanwhile, in the Commons new Junior Transport Minister, Peter Bottornley, said the Government will review the need for additional facilities on the M26 later this year.
