Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DIRECT door-to-door delivery to Germany of an initial order of children's shoes worth nearly £3,000 has been made. by the Pointer Group of Norwich, using the newly-formed Fastfrate service set up in conjunction with Fast Freights Ltd., King's Lynn. The shoes, manufactured by Arthur Howlett Ltd., of Norwich, were the first consignment to Gustav Hoffmann G.M.B.H., of Kleve, the largest shoe concern in Europe. The consignment was carried in a York Freightmaster semi-trailer with Leyland Comet tractive unit for the journey to Felixstowe 'Docks. The semi-trailer container made the crossing unaccompanied and another tractor unit took over at Rotterdam, where there is a Fastfrata office, for the haul to Kleve. At the same time a consignment of paper was carried on to Osnabruck.
