CLLR. T. W. ANTHONY, a member of Isle of Ely County Council, has been appointed to the East Anglian Transport Users' Consultative Committee, succeeding the late ALD. S. C. LAWRENCE.

TUCKER shipping superintendent, and MR. R. W. AMMONDS assistant sales manager. These appointments follow the resignations of MR. A. 0. TOOKEY and MR. K. R. HOUGHAM.
