Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

eyes open. Last week my well-earned slumber was interrupted by a Harlow reader who reckoned that a truck left near his house was stolen. Commercial Motor does run regular items on truck thefts, of course, but why call us instead of the boys in blue?

My informant explained that when he had tried to report a previous abandoned vehicle the response had been muted.

We phoned our enforcement contact and within 20 minutes he was back on the phone confirming that it was indeed on the stolen list. What's more our jolly copper was more than keen to contact the local force to let them know they had a missing vehicle.
