As ferrymen, 3ur particular interest in relation to you, the customers, is to assure the continuance of services that you require and expect as front-runners in the export drive."
He added that the quality and price of services offered depend upon continuing investment, and said that the future emphasis 1 North Sea operators' activities should be a combined one on accurate forward information, sensible planning, and improved communication.
He concluded: "Today's real need is for better mutual understanding, especially at the level of day-to-day operations."
