An airless spray unit, the MS 160, from Morrison Pumps, will spray up to 160 fluid ounces per minute and is for use with guns having a tip range of 0.0311n. with one gun and up to 0.018in, with two. Typical uses are the application of paint finishes, and heavier materials like rubber and epoxy-type products.

Fitted with hydraulic drive, the unit can operate in low temperatures. It is fitted with heavy-duty wheels for site mobility and may be loaded and unloaded from a vehicle by one man.

The unit is powered by a singleor three-phase 2 hp electric motor, or petrol /diesel engine.
