• Small-firm builders and local authorities may be interested in the drop-side truck body that R. W. Osborne and Son Ltd, Saffron Walden, Essex, has built for the Reliant TW9 chassis-cab. The body, which features a built-in gantry, detachable rearcorner posts and tailboard with loading chains, is available with such options as steel-lined floors, canopy tilts and various tipping gears. The complete vehicle has an unladen weight of 13.75ewt, a payload capacity of 16cwt. A milk float body capable of carrying 100gal of milk in 40 plastic crates is offered by the company. Unladen weight of the complete vehicle is 12.75cwt.
