Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BRAND NAME of one of the most popular Alexander Duckham commercial vehicle engine oils has been changed from Fleetol HDX.20W/50 to Fleetol Multigrade. This oil is supplied to operators running fleets of six or more vehicles and is specially formulated to meet the requirements of both diesel and petrol engines.

The oil has a number of notable features including exceptional multigrade viscosity characteristics covering SAE 20, 20W, 30, 40 and 50 ranges and a good low temperature fluidity which facilitates starting and quick oil circulation.

Fully detergent to Supplement 1 standards, and claimed to provide exceptional control over both hot and cold sludge formation, the .oil is blended with anti-scuff agents for camshaft and valve gear protection while anti-oxidant and anti-corrosive additives ensure a long service life for the engine. Made by: Alexander Duckbam and Co. Ltd., Summit House, Glebe Way, West Wickham, Kent.
