MR. RAYMOND GUY PALMER is managing director and chairman of the Eagle Engineering Co., Ltd., which position he has held for the Past 13 years, and it is interesting to note that since he took over control very rapid progress has been made. Later he held an important position at Stewarts and Lloyds, of Birmingham. His war work included laying the whole of the water supply to the camps at Salisbury Plain, and the erection of many of the explosive factories throughout the country.
