• On 12 August a PI will consider disciplinary action against Westown, based in Warrington.
• Line Transport, based in Liverpool, will appear before the TO at a PI on 13 August. Disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will be on the agenda.
• Lancaster-based Halal Services Company will submit a new application at a PI on 14 August.

• The TO will consider disciplinary action against Welshpool-based The Welsh Sausage Company at a PI on 13 August. There will also be a review of the firm's operating centre.
Aberystwyth
• Disciplinary action against John Hughes and Son, based in Caernarfon, will be considered at a hearing on 14 August.
Cardiff
• HJ Haulage, which is based in Aberdare, will attend a PI on 16 August where disciplinary action will be discussed. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
• On 16 August a PI will look at disciplinary action against Taff Tyres, based in Tonypandy. The transport manager's repute will also be considered by the TO.
