Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Institute of the Furniture Warehousing and Removals Industry council have accepted the recommended changes put forward by its examiminations committee: that the present Practical and Theoretical Parts of the Estimators Examination should be re-named respectively "Certificate in Practical Estimating" (CPE) and "Ordinary Certificate in Furniture Removals" 10CFRI; and that the present Final Examination should become the "General Certificate in Removals Management" (GCRM).

Although the committee is making certain adjustments to the existing syllabus for the current year, the principal changes are in name only and do not imply any alteration to the present rules or status of the examinations concerned. It is expected that both old and new names will be in current use for a year or so. These changes are not retrospective.
