Ma, Josef% HEPPLEWHITE, Who has died at Manchester, was a partner in the haulage concern of Hepplewhite and Shaw, Ltd., Sunderland.

MR, J. H. HALE has been appointed trade sales manager of Smiths Motor Accessories, Ltd. and will handle all the company's products except K.L.G. sparking plugs. Ma. V. G. E. GARDNER has been appointed K.L.G. marketing manager.
