Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

III French axle manufacturer Jimecal of Fontenay le Comte has developed versions of its discbraked axle to suit trailers with low bed heights and those carrying dangerous substances.

Ventilated discs are mounted inboard, allowing the tyres to run and be braked at much lower temperatures than with drum brakes. Stub axle sets are available with a 1.93m track width using 22.5in wheels, while 2.10m-wide versions can also run with 17.5 and 19.5in wheels on low trailers.

All are independently air sprung and have dampers with automatic, variable load compensation. The ABS pick-up ring is attached to the cross-shaft inside the casing with the sensors fitted into the casing.
