YORK trailers has carried out a company restructure within the group to enable it to control more effectively and monitor its products and services.

Under the new arrangement there will be seven companies within the York group each with its own managing director and its own area of operation.

There will also be a Canadian-controlled holding company headed by chairman F. W. Davies and directors, J. R. Baird, and J, F. Davies, both Canadians, and S. Beckett.
