John Beadle, chairman of the Insurance Fraud Bureau, has issued the following advice: 1. Keep a safe distance. 2. Stay calm. 3. Don't be aggressive. 4.1f you are involved in an accident, make a note of the damage, get a description of the driver and note the number of people involved. 5.
