m Commercial Motor incorrectly identified Checkmate as a supplier of reversing aids in a product round-up (CM 10-16 August).
Checkmate is, in fact, the name of the reversing aid products offered by Safetystop, which provides a range of British designs including a rubber trailer bumper which activates a trailer's brakes independently of the tractor or shunter connected.
