Octagon Recovery will be based at Horsforth near Leeds and will concentrate purely on commercial vehicle recovery and not private cars. The man behind Octagon is Bob Clarke, previously with National Breakdown in Bradford. CM's editor lain Sherriff will be officially opening the service.
