alloy bus, RM.664, known as"The White Lady," has been switched this week to route 17 (North FinchleyCamberwell Green). This standard 64seater Routemaster has been left unpainted as an experiment so that its performance can be compared with vehicles in the normal painted red livery as regards wear, maintenance costs and appearance.
