P MATERNITY
with annual. leave entitlement?
Our office administrator is going on maternity leave in a month c time but she has two weeks outstanding leave. Our holiday year runs from October to May. What's the position on her annual leave?
She has the option of taking the leave before or ifter her maternity leave, but not during it. She doesn't lose the entitlement and you can't pay her in lieu (unless she leaves your employment during maternity leave). While she's on maternity leave she will continue to accrue further annual leave like everyone else.
