TT was revealed this week that the East Midlands 1 Licensing Authority had refused the bids by 47 applicants to carry goods for A. Fletcher and Co. Ltd., the hearing of which was reported in CONINtracut. MOTOR on May 13.

The applicants were divided into those seeking new B licences to carry tippahle materials and those wanting B variations for the carriage of solid fuels, November to March. All have been refused.
