Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MAN DEALER group Aquila has brought in a new group aftersales manager following its acquisition of the Bristol Street Commercials business from Vertu Motors in May.

Shane Bowen will run the new team consisting of more than 30 people from Iveco dealerships at Avonmouth, Gloucester and Swindon, which is now branded Aquila Italia. His appointment follows that of Roy Morton as dealer principal (CM24 October). He said: "We want to bring a first-class customer service to the

dealership and make sure we do every job right first time and give our customers the best possible experience.

"Our aim is to expand our customer base both by winning new customers with the bestpossible service and encouraging former clients back to us."

He joins from MAN, where he was aftersales manager at the Ashchurch workshop. He also spent 11 years at Pullman Fleet Services, where he was operations manager for five depots in the South East, and worked for BRS.
