Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Transport group NFC is understood to be hoping to sell its parcels delivery arm Lynx having decided it no longer falls within its core activities. The company has been reported as talking to a number of banks and venture capital houses about selling the division to its management. Lynx, which delivers parcels overnight in the UK and has recently expanded into Europe, has only recently returned to profit after several years of substantial losses. NEC is refusing to confirm or deny a decision had been taken to sell the firm to its management, although NFC's chief executive Gerry Murphy has made no secret of the Fact he wants the group to concentrate on logistics in the Future. Lynx's managing director Philip Rose was unavailable for comment.
