Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Municipal and crew-cab maker Frank Guy is planning to double its PCV van conversion business, following the introduction of two new designs this year.

The Clay Cross, Derbyshirebased firm has just completed its first Mercedes 410 van conversion fitted with a 749nun deep windscreen, compared with the 457mm windscreen depth of its standard conversion. The first of the £24,300 vehicles has gone to Newcastle-based dealer Bell Trucks.

Its other development is on the Renault Master van. It is using GRP interior lining panels, either left uncovered or fitted with carpet, instead of plywood. And the entrance door has been altered to make it flush to the floor.

Next year it plans to turn out more than 50 van conversions, 30 more than last year. Currently its business is 15% PCV, 50% aircraft refurbishment and the remainder is municipal and fire crew cabs.
