Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• In conjunction with Commercial Motor, Business and Industrial Training Ltd. is organizing a series of management seminars on road transport in November and December. In each case. three one-day seminars will be held on successive dates, so that interested operators may conveniently attend all or one of the daily sessions.

The first day is devoted to fleet maintenance, and will offer practical guidance on establishing suitable systems, as well as examining the new legal requirements for keeping vehicles in good condition and recording the Work done. The second day in each case will be concerned with transport operating practices, and will examine particularly the implications of the Transport Act, notably operators' licensing. On the third day, costing and cost control will form part of sessions devoted to the whOle topic of freight marketing.
