• From May 1, 20 new specially selected fast moving parts will be covered by ERF's price pledge. These include brake drums, clutch kits, universal joints and light lenses for particular vehicles. "With ERF's policy of sourcing preparatory items most spares can be obtained from several sources and that has kept our parts prices competitive," says product support manager, Mike Walczak.
If an operator finds he could have bought a genuine item covered by the price pledge cheaper from another source, ERF will refund the difference.
