Xi Norfolk Line is spending £2.5m on 106 new 13.6m trailers, comprising 75 curtainsiders and 31 refrigerated trailers. The 85e curtainsiders are being built by Van Hool in Belgium, while the reefer order is split between Schmitz Thermostar in the UK and van Eck in Holland.
Sales climb II Leyland Daf sold 3,647 panel vans in the first three months of this year, compared with 3.543 in 1991.
Its market share for the period was 16.8%.
