A PPEALS by three operators against the grant of permission to Harper Bros.-(Heath Hayes), Ltd., by the West Midland Licensing Authority, to operate a number of services have been rejected with costs by the Minister of Transport.
Mr. W. H. Hayes, jar., Walsall, appealed against the grant of a licence to operate excursions and tours from Chaseteavn; G. H. Austin and Sons, Ltd., Knightley, excursions and tours from Cannock; and Mr. A. I.imm. Eamworth, against an express service ietween Lichfield and Rhyl, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno.
The appeals were heard by Sir IttUrice Holmes.
