In connection with the proposed trackless trolley 'routes at Southend, the Westborough Ratepayers' Aseociation has suggested some routes, and the town council has asked the town clerk to point out to the association that before trackless trolley cars can be obtained by the corporation, special parliamentary powers have to be obtained, but, should the corporation decide to do this, the association's suggestion shall be considered.
