Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Four additions have been made to the range of products marketed in the UK by Hella Automobile Equipment Ltd. These consist of an interior lamp and three types of red reflectors.

The interior lamp (part no. 20/95) measures 7.75in. by 2.75 in. by 1.25in. over the glass and will be useful for body interiors. It is illuminated by three 12V, 10W bulbs and has two push-button switches for switching on one. two or three bulbs as required.

Two of the reflectors are triangular. Part no. R.39 and R.39/1 are the designations and they are identical except that the latter is encased in a white surround. The third reflector is round and the part number is R.32.
