INDUSTRIAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARD • Lloyds Bowmaker is inviting developing companies to enter its 1988 Industrial Achievement Award before the end of August.
With a £15,000 first prize, the competition aims to reward innovative firms which have developed a new idea with proven profitability. There is also an industrial sector award for road haulage companies, sponsored by the Road Haulage Association; and a Euro Export award for export achievement to the EEC.
The competition is open to all independent British-owned companies with an annual turnover of between £250,000 and £15 million, and which have been in business for more than two years.
