Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

They don't miss a trick in Tunbridge Wells, as the Freight Transport Association has shown in launching regular meetings to tell other trade associations about the latest developments in transport. There is much to know and bodies outside transport will certainly benefit by specialised advice on topics such as shipping rates, vat on imports, the dock labour scheme, lorry controls, roads and local government reorganisation.

Delegates can raise any relevant matter and I have no doubt that a two-way exchange of information and experience will help the ETA as well as its guests. It might even produce some new members, although such a thought is unworthy of the Tunbridge Wells ethos.
