DERBYSHIRE County Council has issued a weight restriction order forbidding vehicles of more than 3 tons from using the A625 at Mam Tor.
Coaches requiring access to the Blue John mines at Castleton should follow hgv-signposted diversions.
From the east, the diverted route is from Fox House or Brough as far as Sparrowpit and then via the B6061 to Mam Tor.
From the west, coaches should follow the A625 from Chapel-en-le-Frith to Mam Tor.
Coaches requiring access to all the Castleton Caverns from the east should follow the A625 from Fox House to Castleton and from the west the hgv diversions from Chapel-en-le-Frith to Castleton.
