as a factory option on new York semitrailers, following the signing of a joint agreement between Bendix Anti-lock Systems and the York Trailer Company. The initial agreement is for three years, and in addition to MDR anti-lock equipment — developed specifically for multi-axle trailers — it covers retro-fit installation and aftermarket spares supplies. All of York's regional engineering centres are now authorised Bendix anti-lock installation sites. Transpart, York's trailer spares operation, will also cover the afterinarket side for Bendix's anti-lock and air brake product range.
