Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE first of 30 AEC Reliance luxury coaches for London Country Bus Service's Green Line is expected to be delivered within the next few days.

These 49-seater vehicles are intended for the new limited stop 707 and 717 services to be introduced on January 29 between Luton airport and London Victoria.

At the same time, the existing 712, 713 and 714 services, which have been making heavy losses in recent years, will be withdrawn, north of London.

The new vehicles, 15 with Plaxton Supreme bodywork and 15 with Duple Dominant II, will be of a standard suitable for use by touring and private parties.

They will be used, later, on the company's 727 service between Luton, Heathrow and Gatwick airports and Crawley for which a half-hourly service is planned in the Spring.
