I-1 A MAXIMUM penalty of £50 was
imposed on Thomas James Homer, haulage contractor, of Washwood Heath Road, Birmingham, at Dunstable on Tuesday, for using a lorry for hire or reward without a licence. He was also fined £10 for not having a Road Fund licence.
Homer. who wrote to the court pleading guilty, was stated by the police to have been previously fined on similar summonses.
