Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A LORRY DRIVER who should have stayed overnight in England returned home to Aberdeenshire as he was moving house. His employer did not spot what had happened on the driver's log sheet, and, consequently, the firm, Alex Eyre, of Fraserburgh, appeared before the Scottish LA last week under Section 69. The LA said that this was the third time the firm had been before him for this type of offence — and this time decided to take action: to restrict its licence by one vehicle for one month.

The driver is now a labourer with the firm — and it's doubtful whether he will again be employed by the firm as a driver, Mr Brian Eyre, a partner, told the LA.
