Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The animal-feed tipping type pneumatic-discharge bulk vehicle shown by Carmichael and Sons (Worcester) Ltd., Gregory's Mill Street, Worcester, at last year's Earls Court Show is now in full production. Operated by a built-in hydraulic motor, the rotary seal has been designed to handle coal as well as all types of animal feed, while the drive mechanism incorporates a mechanical clutch. This enables the seal to be disengaged from the hydraulic system and the rotary seal to be rotated manually, Which may be necessary if the seal jams. The speed of the rotary seal can be controlled to match the type of commodity being discharged.

A hydraulically-driven blower provides for discharge rates up to 30 tons/hr. If required an auger can be fitted transversely across the rear of the body to feed material into the opening. The body is of all-aluminium construction.
