/FEANS for relieving the congestion 1U1 of London's streets are under consideration by the London and Home Counties Traffic Advisory Council. As its recommendations reach the Minister of Transport, he will, in consultation with the police and other authorities concerned, put into fqrce any practicable measure which appears likely to be effective.
This information was given last week by the Minister of Transport in a written answer to Commander Noble.
