The electronically controlled six-cylinder engines are rated at 394hp (294kW) and develop 1,730Nm (1 ,2761bf1) of torque. Ham has specified the Eaton S-Series 16-speed synchromesh gearbox and the vehicles are fitted with the full aerodynamic kit. The trucks will join a 140-strong fleet operating on general haulage. While managing director David Warn needs more time to evaluate the vehicles' performance, his drivers appear very impressed.
