The courses are mainly intended for fully qualified men (qualifications to B.Sc. standard are not unusual) and criticisms are invited. These are freely given, and often result in the introduction of useful modifications in overhaul procedure and design. The six classrooms for the practical work and the lectures which follow were planned specifically far-their purpose.
. The "comprehensive" course is of three weeks' duration and the subjects include electrical components, brakes and steering. Particular attention is paid to the practical and theoretical considerations of steering geometry and road-holding factors, aligners and balancing machines being provided for demonstrations and tests.
An " applied " course of a week runs concurrently with the three weeks'
