TIS week's prize-winner (once again) is Mr. D. V. Brown, of Tottenham, London, N.17. Mr. Brown's latest contribution concerns the rear wheel adjusters on the Lockheed system. He says it is possible to adjust the shoes so far out that the linings are worn out— also the shoes and drum. This can be cured by a limit stop on the adjusters— and will save the cost of new shoes and brake drum.
