• Fixed and mileage costs for attics over 32 tonnes are rising faster than for other commercial vehicles, states the latest edition of Goods Vehicle Operating Costs, published for the Road Haulage Association by DFF International.
New sections include annual movements of cost elements; a cost index from 1990 and start-up capital requirements for a 38-tonner.
