In order to meet a falling off in the use by the public of the municipal motorbus services, and at the same time to help those who suffer from the present state of industrial depression, the Caerphilly Urban District Council has decided te allow 'unemployed persons, upon production of their unemployment certificates, to travel at half rates on the buses on three mornings of the week —i.e., Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The reduced rates apply up to 2.30 p.m.
